Billing Spreadsheet for Revenue Cycle Management
As a healthcare provider we can track our revenue two ways, neither of which give us satisfying information about what we’re bringing in per patient visit.
- Bank Account: view by payment date not by date or service or patient.
- Billing Reports: view by date of service or by patient.
I wanted to see what we were collecting by patient, insurance, and provider. I needed a way to predict revenue, understand profit margins, and set salaries for my staff physical therapists.
That’s how my custom billing spreadsheet came about.
I worked closely with an insurance biller with 20 years experience, my office manager, and multiple physical therapy & chiropractic business owners to create a spreadsheet that provides real time data on all our insurance claims.
This spreadsheet has saved practice owners an average of 30% by efficiently tracking pended or denied claims. Now, outstanding payments have no chance of slipping through the cracks. Collect what’s due on every visit.
How it works:
- Checkout using the payment link provided
- Sign product use agreement and schedule customization call
- Spreadsheet will be delivered by email within (7) days of purchase
- Schedule 30' Zoom call to review together and make adjustments
- Tutorial (1) admin how to use (1) owner how to interpret within (7) days
- (1) edit available as needed up to 45 days after the office begins using
“I just wanted to send a quick note of thanks. While only a small sample size, I just compared the first 4 weeks of this v. last year. I have seen 11 fewer patients so far this year compared to last, but revenue is up $4,400. Again, only a small sample size. But if this trend continues, it's a perfect illustration of working smarter, not harder.” - Out of Network Physical Therapist, New York
